I was having problem with custom domain in blogger blog. I had purchased domain from GoDaddy. For few days i used registered domain (www.themeappears.com) to earn some money through Adsense for Domain.
After a month i decided to cutomize my blogspot(themespedia.blogspot.com) domain to www.themeappears.com.This
inadvertently led to all of my problems. I was getting the error – “Another blog is already hosted at this address” while customizing my domain.
So i searched the web about this bug and finally i get to know about the MAGICAL CUSTOM DOMAIN FORM through Blogger Help. From this form you can fix this bug. Is that so simple?. Enter your custom domain(www.yourdomain.com) in the input field.Within 48 hours the google blogger team will try to fix your problem.
When you submit the form you will get the response message as below.You can see the time required to fix the bug.
Try to setup again the custom domain for your blogger blog after 2 days. If you are lucky it will work otherwise try other options.
(If you have parked your domain in Google’s ‘Adsense for Domain’ remove the domain from the Adsense from Domain list. You can do this Adsense Login –> Adsense SetUp –> Adsense for Domains –> Select the Domain –> Action)
